Task Force is responsible for the lawn and property maintenance of the estimated 10,000 blighted homes in over 20 parishes.We perform approximately 25% of the work in-house and subcontract the remainder to subcontractors from affected areas. The principle mission of the Louisiana Land Trust is to stabilize and maintain properties then ultimately transfer ownership to local parish redevelopment agencies. Contractually we are responsible for securing properties, addressing imminent health and safety hazards, removing existing debris and maintaining the properties to a groomed condition.
