Stuart Avenue runs through the historic South Downs neighborhood in Baton Rouge near LSU. Our project consisted of building a concrete walkway and adding landscpaping in the median of Stuart Ave from Perkins Rd to Hyacinth Ave. Task Force worked in conjunction with Baton Rouge Green's Green Light Program./p>
